INTRODUCTION
Established in the year 1992, we are manufacturing hydraulic cylinder. We are the leading Vendor of PTL (Swaraj Tractors) for six years. After the heavy market demand we started manufacturing of Agriculture Implements and Rotavator Gear Box from 2004 in Punjab, India. We supply our material all over India. Our product quality is excellent. We had received good response for the Gear box from Rotavator manufacturers all over India and started the manufacturing of Rotavator complete parts kit in the year 2013.
We are using latest machinery like HMC, VMC, CNC, Welding Machine, Plasma, CNC Multi Drill Machine, Gear Hobbing, Cylindrical Grinder and other machinery imported from USA, Germany, Korea, Japan and across from the India. We are using 35-40 imported high-tech machineries and latest equipments for manufacturing.
We have high level Testing Labs and well qualified quality check team as well for testing the material quality to make our product more reliable and trustworthy. We have well equipped facilities for designing products using latest CAD/CAM and other 2D & 3D designing software for fast development and delivery of quality components. We can also manufacture products as per customers drawings/requirements. Our factory area is 11500 square yards. We have experienced staff in production section and best management team as well to manage the whole system.

Group, under the guidance of Managing Directors Mr. Jaspal Singh & Mr. Darshan Singh enjoys the distinction of being the first company of the country, who made all kinds of Agriculture Implements, Rotavator Gear Box and Parts & Mulchar Gear Box. The patent is registered with the Government of India in the name JDGEARS, AGRICO.
Today, the group has the manufacturing capacity of 250-300 Gear Box of Rotavator & other Gear Box per day and storage capacity of 2000 Gears Boxes, thereby ensuring uninterrupted supply of quality end product to the customers.
